Responsibility and returns

We stand by the quality of our products, and want you to enjoy them thoroughly.

However, as most of these products require construction once purchased, the responsibility is yours. We will not replace a product if construction goes awry. As it sometimes does. And we sympathise. Really we do! We can offer support and suggestions for fixing the problem. (A scalpel or sharp knife, and double sided tape will fix most things!)

We will accept returns within 7 days only if the product and its packaging is unopened, and in its original state.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your package was damaged in transit.


Your personal information is used for postage and for us to contact you regarding your purchase. No other reason.


We deliver throughout New Zealand. We aim to ship within 24 hours of your order, but allow ourselves up to three days.

We use New Zealand Post with a delivery target of 1-3 days. Rural delivery may cost slightly more and take slightly longer.
